Finance department screwed up!!. I bought a car, but decided to return it within 5 days according to their policy. I financed about $5,000.00 which included a $900.00 payoff on my trade. By returning the car, everything, including the loan was to be dismissed as if I'd never made a purchase. Two weeks later, I received a bill stating that my first loan payment was due. The next day, I received the Title for my "tradein" as if it was totally paid off. My problem with Carsense is that not only did they totally F this up, but I've called there finance dept three times, left three messages and have gotten ZERO response....I'm going to call again....wish me luck...guess they're too busy selling cars!!
