After the quality of service we received, I cannot believe the negative reviews of Bravo. The granite color we wanted was matched PERFECTLY. I called them on Tuesday, and my granite was installed and completely finished by Friday. The workers were very professional and clean. They cleaned up all dust. They left my kitchen spotless and my family and I well pleased. I will definately recommend them to anybody considering getting granite. Thanks Mike! This is definately a five-star business... bravo!!!!

Installation of my carrara marble was awesome! Mike came through for us! I was imagining so many disasters after reading some online reviews, but fortunately our installation left us satisfied and relieved. The marble was the one I had chosen and the guys never faltered under my watchful eyes. Mike, we thought we'd let people know online since you looked out for us. You didn't lose or damage our precious apron-front sink or take our money and run. Thank goodness! Maybe some others will give Bravo a try because we got a good deal.

Absolutely do not use this company unless you want to be ripped off. The ways they can rip you off are countless. In our case, they were subcontracted by our remodeling company. We picked out granite countertops and they delivered an entirely different color/type granite. We told them immediately it was wrong and they kept installing while waiting for our remodeling company to arrive. When they were told to remove the granite they became furious and smashed and ripped everything and damage our walls in the process. The owner's father accompanied the crew and he was offensive both via my olefactory sense and verbally. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS!!!!!

Bravo. Bravo.....Bravo Marble & Granite, bravo. My husband and I found there ad in the Metro paper. The day we gave them a call they responded back in a very timely manner. Mike, was the best. He came in on a Tues.,told us he would "take care of us", and gave us a reasonable quote. We told him Sat. we were having a dinner party, and needed the job done before then. Fri. Mike and his guys were installing our beautiful granite. We loved the job, however, the install was not without it's problems. There was a minor accident with one of my appliances. Accidents happen, it's a part of life, but how you handle it separates the good and bad businesses. Mike was a real professional. He handled the situation with tact and care. It was like working with a good friend. We worked it all out. Mike "took care of us", and we look forward to working with him and the guys at Bravo, on our next project.
