So much fun!!!. I just attended a birthday party here on Saturday with my 5 year old son. The party was their "glow" party (black lights, all the kids had glow necklaces, bracelets, balls, etc). There were about 20 kids there. They all had a ball! The party was run like a well-oiled machine. We started in one room and then moved to the next and then on to the party room for pizza and cake. My own son is completely obsessed and although his next birthday isn't until September, he asks daily about having it there.

The staff was nice and helpful and they kept the kids safe.

I've done birthday parties, as well as attended many, at several of the local bounce places. This was by far the most enjoyable yet. I can't wait to go back!

Very Disappointing. The staff was very rude, unhelpful and low-energy, low-enthusiasm. They did not greet us, ask to meet the birthday boy, or give an explanation of what to expect. Not once did they ask, "Is everything ok?" When we asked them for anything, they acted as though it was an inconvenience.

We paid for a rock wall and still there was not enough for the children to do. The kids had to stand in line for significant periods of time while a second working harness was not being used (except for the final 5 minutes when the lines were small). We spent about $400 for our son's party!

To top off the experience, the group picture was taken without my son (the birthday boy) in it! In fact, I would be surprised if they even knew who the birthday boy was. The whole process felt very transactional and I would not recommend this place to others.
