HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! SHE RUINED MY HAIR!!!!. I signed up for city search just so I could write a review on my experience so other people dont make the same mistake I did.

What should have taken me an hour ended up taking me 3 hrs.....the lady there said it would be a 30 minute wait. A 30 minute wait ended up being 1:20 minutes. I thought ok, it's a Saturday, they are just busy so I had patiently waited.

The 1st thing I didnt like was that when I was showing her a picture of the kind of cut I wanted, she barely glanced at it & was instead looking at my face. Then she rushed through shampooing it & sat me in the chair & yanked my hair while she was brushing it out even though I was wincing in pain. The hairdressers I've been to cut your hair when its wet...but not this one. She cut half my hair and said that she'd cut the side fringe and the rest of the front after it dried. This is the 1st time a hairdresser has done it this way in my entire life. Then told me to sit under a drier while she finished up with another customer's hilights.

Before she had started cutting my hair, I went over & got the magazine & showed her the picture of what I wanted AGAIN. The end result was a disaster and my hair looks like a mess!!!!!!!! My hair looks horrible!!! She cut the side fringe too short and cut it the wrong way. It looked so bad. I showed her the picture of what I had wanted and said this doesn't look like what I wanted. I was so unhappy with it.

She asked me to talk to the manager. I had to stand around & wait for another 1 hr while the manager & her where attending to other customers. I would have been there till closing time if I hadn't spoken up & told the manager that I cannot wait any longer. When she used the hot iron, she burned my skin and I had to say "ouch!" before she was more careful.

When I finally did talk to the manager, she did see my point that it was too short & said there's not much she could do & that I could let my hair grow out & come back again & she could cut it!!! But why should I have to let my hair grow out & walk around with this disastrous haircut for months!!! She said there were other customers that were waiting & that I would have to wait for some time before she could try to fix my hair. I said I've already been here 3 hrs & cant wait any longer. So on Monday morning I have to travel there again & she's gonna "try" to make it better. But I'm sure there's not much she can do considering it's already been cut too short any which way.

I think it's more HER than the actual salon. She was completely careless. I had gone there twice before & the lady did a great job & that's why I went back this time around. At some other salons, they spend 1.5 hr on your hair. This lady barely spent 40 minutes on it after an 1:20 minute wait.

I will never go back again. The $14 I might have saved is NOT WORTH GETTING MY HAIR RUINED!!!!!!!!!!!
