Good Movers. In the past, I have always been skeptical about hiring movers but I'm sure glad I called these guys. From the scheduling to the end of the move, the customer service was impeccable. The crew showed up on time, in uniform and obviously knew how to get a job done right. There were many stairs and tight corners but not a scratch on anything. Quick, careful and reliable. Highly recommended!

BEWARE OF THE CHEAP ESTIMATE, IT'S A CON-GAME!. I am surprised to find so many positive reviews of this company. My experience was so negative, I can't help but write a bad review. I shopped around, in advance, and got a written estimate from "Lee" here at Nicky's, Keystone ( a company with many names) in the amount of $424 for my move. Because he was the best price and seemed nice, I paid a $100 deposit to reserve my move. On the day of the move, the driver gives me his written estimate for the same move: $725 (and only after half of my stuff is already loaded up on the truck). I asked them to remove my things and cancel the order; but I did not get a refund. They think that since they have a "written policy" of no refunds, they don't have to give one. They think this is true, even if it's clear the customer had been screwed. One of the workers admitted to me that "this happens all the time."

This is my main complaint. I have to also add that the crew was miserable. I can imagine that the job must be a tough one, but there is no reason to make your customer feel like you don't like them. All 3 of the guys on the truck (that should have come with only 2) were unhappy and too busy looking tough. All I need is good honest work at a reasonable price. These guys arrived with the attitude that I was causing their pain. Give me a break, and get a life! I found another company the same day. They ended up costing me $450, and were happy all day long, from beginning to end.

AVOID NICKY'S KEYSTONE MOVING SYSTEMS LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY ARE OUT TO RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE YOU FEEL BAD FOR CALLING THEM!!!

Thanks Thumb Up. I just needed to commend your employees on a job well done yesterday in moving my personal items from Mount Pleasant Avenue to Elkins Park. Your employees were extremely professional and great at moving.Again, thank you for your assistance.-Steven
