Do Not Go!!!!.
I had a large dinner party here and I wished I hadn't. The hostesses were unfriendly and snobby. The manager hasn't a clue as to what is going on - on his cell phone, eating, and yelling at his staff. Food is okay - nothing special, but not horrible. (The newtown restaurant is very mocking of the food in langhorne - i haven't had newtown to compare.)
We picked out our food choices, and the restaurant lost them. The restaurant also lost our reservation - it's a good thing we called the week before to confirm. We picked out our food choices all over again - only to have the manager call me four times that week with questions. Which appetizer? Which dessert? They were already chosen - twice!
We were overcharged for our bill. The waiter/manager did not deduct the deposit we paid. We should have caught the mistake when we paid - but in all the busyness, we did not. It took us two months, three visits, and eight phone calls (because none of them were returned) to get the money back.
I would not recommend. It is not worth the headache.
Don't go - not worth the money.
We decided at the last minute to go out for my birthday last week and decided to try a place we had never been to before. There were 7 of us and it was a Saturday night and with no reservation we figured the restaurant may not be able to accomodate us which I wish they hadn't.
They seemed somewhat befuddled that we did not have reservations and the two hostesses were NOT friendly at all. I wanted to leave at that point, but the rest of my party talked me into staying. I watched as the staff struggled to put three tables together and when we were finally seated, the patrons around us kept staring at us and we believe the workers must have been complaining about us being there which caused the bad attitudes of those around us.
After all that fiasco and waiting a very very long time for the food, it was mediocre at best. My daughter and her boyfriend could not even eat their meals and sent them back. We were told the two meals would be taken off of our check, but unfortunately, that never happened and we did not realize it. Three of us did order dessert and when they were served, 2 were not what we even ordered and luckily, they did not add the desserts to the final bill, which was a miracle.
I could not wait to leave that place and our total bill was (with the tip), drum roll, $142.65. What a horrible birthday dinner. I would have been happy just staying at home and having some pizza and beer for all that aggrevation.
