As a small, family owned business, they were initially very helpful and responsive. When we moved and just ran payroll for the officers of the company, they were awful. They did not update our address/phone number until I made multiple requests. They continually called with reminders after being asked not to call. After many phone calls and questions as to why things weren't being updated properly, we switched companies. We later received notices from the state with fees and penalties for improper filing of our payroll taxes. At each call with an issue, we were told they knew nothing about what was wrong and insisted they did everything properly. I would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

Best so far. I've owned a very small business in South Jersey for 7 years and been with 3 different payroll services over the years (good ratio right?). They were the first ones that actually offered courtesy calls, if i didn't fax or call my employees hours in and i didn't have to wait to get through when i called. That was pretty cool. People are nice too.

What part of "NO" don't you get!!. I'm a small family owned business. No matter how many times I said NO, they called and called and called! Especially in the middle of the day. I called them and asked them to please remove me from their list because after asking again for them to stop, they hung up on me. Wow, now those are services I can do without. They called not once, but 3 times and hung up! Make your own decision, but don't you think their time is better spent soliciting and servicing people who want and need them.

Greatest personalized payroll service - NO VOICE MAIL!. What a great company to do business with. They are friendly, responsive, and accurate. I've been with other payroll companies and they're the best I've ever dealt with. I strongly recommend their company as they are not only easy to deal with but their prices are lower than any of the others...and I've been with a few of them.
