Noir

Mixed-up modern comfort food is the speciality at East Passyunk's Noir, taking over the Sticks and Stones space at the far end of the hoppin' Avenue. The bar/restaurant is truly back in black, from the slick servers decked out in that color to the dim and inviting date-friendly atmosphere. Specialties of the "continental" kitchen include fish and chips, chicken pot pie, steak au poivre, arancini and moules frites.
