St. Louis-style spareribs, pork shoulder, beef short ribs and housemade sausage are killer picks here, as are the traditional sides (mac 'n' cheese, greens, corn cakes, etc.). Just don't sleep on the sandwich selection. That's where Giuffi travels the world, throwing everything from Jamaican jerk chicken to Korean-style barbecue beef on crusty bread.
