As much as Philly hates to admit it, it's sometimes a boon when New York infiltrates our sacred borders. The latest example of a successful Big Apple brand opening a 215 outpost is Terakawa, which took over the perma-stumbling Ramen Boy in Chinatown. Steaming pork broth-based soups prepped by bandanna-rocking cooks come flying out of the open kitchen at this kitschy ramen-ya, which also offers starters and salads to go along with its strong soup lineup.
