What Our Expert Scouts Are Saying
Recognizing the persistent popularity of bibimbap at his Korean quick-serve Giwa, Yong Chi reimagined the wham-bam assembly line model to accommodate cravings for the highly customizable rice/meat/veg dish. Rice & Mix slings bibimbap built around bulgogi (marinated beef), chicken, spicy pork, "zesty" shrimp or seasoned tofu, as well as jap chae (noodles) and dup bop (meat over rice). R&M's much more spacious that Giwa, giving you a bit of hover room should you choose to go the volcano-hot stone bowl route.

If you're use to eating bibimbap with
white rice, give the red rice a try. They also serve bibimbap in a hot stone bowl.

The bibimbap is the star at R&M, of
course, but the ever-changing selection of fresh banchan (sides) to go is a can't miss.
