Great Salon for Men's Haircuts. I was going to Danielle when she was one of the top stylists at Citrus, and I continue to get great haircuts every time. Salon Bardot has a great, friendly atmosphere. Not formal and stuffy like many good salons. HIGHLY recommend if you want an outstanding haircut in a stylish and welcoming salon.

5 Star!!!. Salon Bardot is a warm and welcoming retreat. Carla Barone should take great pride in her new accomplishment which has a Zen aura about it. The people are so accommodating and go out of their way to make your experience wonderful.

HANDS DOWN CARLA IS THE BEST. I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I FOLLOWED CARLA FROM GLOW TO HER GORGEOUS NEW SALON AND WHAT A DIFFERENCE. HER PLACE IS CLEAN, ELEGANT & SERENE. PEOPLE SAY IT IS THE HAIR DRESSER NOT THE SALON WELL COMING FROM GLOW TO WHERE SHE IS NOW IT IS THE HAIR DRESSER IN HER NEW SALON THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!. I am a former client of Glow Salon. During my last visit, i found out that my stylist (and former owner) Carla Barone was no longer with Glow. Later that week, i found out that Carla has opened a new place just up the street called Salon Bardot. This place is FABULOUS! I was so happy to see Carla and experience her A++++ talent and customer service. After reading through the reviews of Glow, it is obvious that Carla has quite a following! I am so happy that i found Carla - i would never trust anyone else with my hair! RUN, DON'T WALK IF YOU WANT FABULOUS HAIR!!!!

Hands Down, the BEST on the East Coast!!. I am THRILLED to be the first person to give Carla Barone a glowing review for her gorgeous new salon Bardot!! If you were a previous fan of the salon Glow (down the street), it was because of Carla, and from now you should be going to Bardot!

I cannot gush enough!! I call Carla my Hair Fairy Godmother--she is INCREDIBLE! I have been going to her for several years now, and I would follow her like a pilgrim anywhere she goes, or anywhere I move (I've been living in New York City/Long Island for six years, and I continue to go all the way home every time I need my hair done to see her; my friends in the City always want the number of the salon I go to, and are disappointed to find out it's so far away--if you live in or around Philly, take advantage of your location and go to Bardot!)

I think the most remarkable thing about Carla's haircuts is the way she does them so masterfully that, as your hair grows out, instead of getting shaggy looking, it grows into new haircuts, so that people think you've been back to the salon when you haven't!

I have a whole lot of thick, medium-brown hair, and I am personally challenged at styling it myself. So when I went to other salons, I always left looking nice that day, but when I tried to recreate the look, I would end up with Triangle Head (weighted-down and flat on top, with a poofy mess as you got toward the ends). Carla listened to both what I wanted, and my hair abilities, and has created an expertly-layered cut for me that has changed my life. I have tons of volume and body all day, and all I have to do is hang my head upside down for 10 minutes, shaking a blow dryer at it! I have varied the cut by growing the layers out long, or cutting them shorter for summer, changing up the bangs, and taking the color from nearly black to nearly blond, but underneath it's still that same basic style that Carla knew from Day 1 would be perfect for me! She seriously knows her stuff--go have your hair wishes granted!!!

PS - A couple years ago I started taking my fiance to Carla, and her magic works just as well on men's hair as it does on women's!!!
