With just five different variations on the traditional falafel-and-pita sandwich, all you need to do is look at the photo menu and choose white or wheat pita, sandwich or combo and traditional or embellished with toppings. You don’t even need to decide whether to get table or counter service: this bright green-and-white fast food joint is counter service only. There is one area where ordering might be tricky, though; How does one decide between some of the unusual variations that the Israelites certainly weren’t eating when crossing the desert: Hawaiian (pineapple, cabbage and teriyaki), California (cream cheese, avocado and sprouts) or Caesar (grated Romano cheese and Caesar dressing).
