MUST EXPERIENCE THIS SALON SPA. I have been to and around some very inexpensive hair salons from many major cities, and I rate Pierre and Carlo as a 10 for service, great conversation, charm, sensitivity for my input, and much for the 'buck.' For coloring, you have to see "Chuckie." The compliments on my coloring have yet to end! He gave me exactly what I wanted given only a vague description. I usually pay $$$$$ for my coloring at another location in Philadelphia and for $$ Chuckie achieved the best result to date. Also, for eye-brows artfully and carefully done you must see Harrret! She has the most fabulous stories from her days as a professional make-up artist, be sure to ask about! (Harriet also still provides make-up services for events and productions so call in for her if you're in need for that, as well! ) I truly felt that I was being worked on by a true artist. She is very charming and genuinely interested. Pierre and Carlo will be my regular salon from here on! Thanks, guys, for everything!

Awesome manicure. I had a wonderful manicure from Stacy. She is very bubbly and talkative, and will put you at ease in an instant. Every detail of my hands was paid attention to, and she worked the tension right out of my hands. Her arm and hand massages were amazing and I didn't want it to end. I will continue to go back to her for more manicures in the future, and I am going to get a pedicure from her soon for my birthday

First Waxing Ever. For my first time going to a waxing, I was suprisingly relaxed, I don't know if it was from the overall style of the salon or being put into such a knowledgeable staff members hands. Everything was completely comfortable and my embarressment quickly was erased due to the professional staff. No more being hairy for me.

Wonderful place for bridal hair and makeup. I had my hair and makeup done at Pierre and Carlo and everything was perfect! Angela the bridal coordinator was so helpful setting up my appointments. My hair and makeup was beautifully done -exactly what I imagined! I would recommend this salon to anyone getting married!

if you wait too long- check again at the desk. Jason is a wonderful hairdresser and would highly recommend him. Yelena is great for waxing. However, be careful when you check in at the front desk because the staff tells you to have a seat and will inform then that you have arrived -- Well on at least three occassions i have expereicned that the snobby front desk girls do not bother to tell your hairdresser or manicurist or facialist that you have arrived. On one occassion my stylist was going to get a snack and looked at me in shock because he thought I was a "no show" after i had been waiting for 20 minutes. He had been waiting and no one told him i had arrived.

Penny Monteleone - great stylist. While visiting in Philadelphia my friend and I both got haircuts at this salon. My stylist was Penny Monteleone. I was so pleased with her work. It was a fantastic cut and th perfect style for my face. She is very experienced and was also a lot of fun. Where I live, I have a good stylist I am loyal to, but it was great to get something a little fresh and new! My current stylist also said Penny gave me a superior cut! I highly recommend Penny!

total transformation. This salon is awesome. I just had my long hair cut into a funky bob by Kelly and it looks INCREDIBLE! I look about 10 years younger. (And I just had a baby so that's saying alot.) I'll definitely be coming back.

TOUCH OF CLASS. Touch of class- that's the only way I can describe the work of Raeleah (RAY-LEE-AH). Facial appearance is very important to me and the business that I'm in. For the past year and a half she has been treating my skin in such a way I can feel the benefits on the inside as well as the outside. Confidence is a key factor in being successful and so is appearance. I experience both after my monthly appointments. Being a middle aged male..(ok ok a tad above middle aged) doesn't mean your skin has to look or feel old! Trust me.. with the TOUCH OF CLASS that Rae provides.. feeling or looking old is not an option! Check it out, I'm sure you'll agree!!

Best highlight of my life. Penny knows how to color hair. I have been to every salon possible in the city. I've been to NYC as well. I was refered to Pierre and Carlo by a friend. She told me Penny is a great colorist there, boy was she right. Penny weaved 3 different colors in my hair and cut my hair the best way possible for my hair type. I've never gotten so may compliments on my hair . Penny sure knows hair, she told me she's been doing it over 25 years. I've never been so happy in all my life. The salon is very friendly. I am so glad I found Penny, Thanks Pierre and Carlo for a wonderful experience, I will be back and I will tell my friends about Penny
