Great experience.
Try the edamame dumplings, they are really delicate and a great beginning. The decor is beautiful and calming. I have eaten there for both business lunches and dinner.

Excellent Asian food.
The flavor combinations are creative and delicious. The atmosphere is fun but casual. We loved our dinner and will be back soon.

Citysearch Editorial Review.
Telegenic (read: hot) celebrity chef Michael Schulson makes his Philadelphia debut in the Gayborhood with a glowing pan-Asian array of small plates. While observers might expect a chef of his stature to wow them with pomp and flair, Schulson keeps his trendy open-floor plan ambiance accessible with a dominant distressed wood scheme and an incongruous and pleasantly unexpected insertion of classic rock on the sound system. And whereas servers at his Izakaya in Atlantic City don stylized orange frocks, waitstaff here wears jeans. The bar--although centrally positioned between the main dining room and a roomy side dining area--can be ignored, thanks to the clear partitions that work as a tromp d’oeil to hide it. Plus, it’s easy to forget about a commonplace bar when one’s eye is busy absorbing the starkly graceful backlit outline of a forest that lines the walls and changes colors to reflect and toy with the mood of the night.
