Love it, love it, love it!. I bought an amazing shift dress with cute pockets at the store, and love it. It is a great going out piece. For some work type stuff I have coming up I got some amazing classic clothes that have a funky modern twist.

Also super cute tops!

Organic, fairly traded and locally designed and manufactured garments have found a new home at this bi-level Rittenhouse boutique, owned by Philadelphia designer Sarah Van Aken. The shop, which labels each of its items with its eco-specific credentials, shows that environmentally friendly designs don’t have to be expensive. Rather, its array of chic casual and business-casual separates that appeal to a classically au courant and mature woman (no, that’s doesn’t mean grandma frocks, just not junior styles) are priced like a mid-range department store or boutique. While most designers are not recognized by a mainstream audience, some pieces are culled from slightly better known European design houses that produce sustainable lines.
