Burgers are good, but I can't say the same about the staff. First, a servers butt cheeks were literally OUT for the entire public to see....I understand that there is no dress code for employees, but PYT isn't supposed to be a strip club. That's not something I'd like to look at while I am out with friends and eating none the less. Second, the staff seemed very relaxed and in NO hurry what so ever. Our drinks took long to be delivered and our server hadn't checked on us in at least 30 minutes after we were finished eating. We had to waver her down for our check and then wave her down again because she forgot the credit card slips for us to sign. I also just found out that there is an automatic 20% gratuity for ALL checks, which she never mentioned. I am very disappointed.

Not into the 20% gratuity attached to the check.. Good food, great service. I have been there a few times. However, during my last visit with my husband our check arrived with a 20% gratuity already attached (for a party of 2....keep in mind.) We did not appreciate this as we are good tippers. It's unfortunate because we round up when we tip so our server would have gotten more. Not a good idea for repeat business!!!!!!!!!! Will not return.

Citysearch Editorial Review. Half burger bar, half club, this drinking/dining/dancing establishment also pulls double duty as a hangout for hip professional tenants of the Piazza apartments suspended above, plus nightcrawlers from around the city and suburbs. The front of the brightly lit space is dominated by a long bar that’s good for meeting neighbors and taking advantage of specialty cocktails or shot-and-beer specials. Then there’s a small room off to the side for eating the specialty of the house (order at the bar) and a darker, larger room in back with another bar, a dance floor and a DJ booth.
