Run away from here!!!.
The apartment itself is great, on the small side, but... The management is a whole different story. This building is marketed as "Luxury Apartment Homes", yet the service we receive is akin to a college dormitory.
1) The front desk signs for packages but frequently forgets to notify you of their arrival. Not really an issue if you track packages which you know you are receiving, but what about the ones you didn't know were coming (e.g. Business related)? You're just out of luck.
2) The "Hospitality Suite" (which runs $200 a night) doesn't have TV or a phone. We found this out the hard way when family was in town. Management explained that "the room never had a TV and we don't plan on providing one." Um, "Luxury"??? OK, even if I were to side with Management on this one, how about telling me in advance that the room had no TV or phone? I would have had our family stay at the Westin a few blocks away.
3) Management refuses to ever admit fault and simply fix an issue. Instead they either never reply to your complaint or do so by completely avoiding the true issue at hand. Take number 1, instead of just saying sorry and retraining the front desk staff I was told "signing for packages is a courtesy" and that I should ask every day if a package has come for me. Now that's what I call luxury!
4) Another reviewer has mentioned this but I feel it is necessary to do so again. Construction started last week and will continue for at least a year. The kicker is how we were notified. A week before we received a note under the door about the extremely major renovations commencing the following Monday. The letter went on to say they will "attempt" to work between 9 and 5, but no guarantee. Why weren't we told when we renewed out lease that for the next year we would be hearing drills, hammers, and machines? I wonder why...
All in all, this place isn't fit for a college student, and sure as heck is not "Luxury" living. Live anywhere but here, anywhere...
