Office staff sucks!. Why would upper management think that by hiring young office girls they are going to magically rent more apartments? Why don't you try hiring people who are professional, know what they are doing and actually give a crap? I have heard nothing good about any of the office girls....this newest property manager, Nichole is the most unprofessional and unorganized one yet. Calls will be placed for work orders in the morning and the maintenance men won't find out until 4:30. She has screwed up alot of things since she started....Madison at

Willowyck should re-think who they hire to represent the company. Companies can't run with incompetant people "trying" to run it. Maybe they should go over procedures with them and learn how to run an office..that might be a start. I would not ever recommend this apartment complex to anyone!

Please take the time to read pleanty of reviews... Just Bad. Please be advised that Madison at Willowyck is pretty on the outside but is a terrible place to live. The management is very unprofessional and uncaring as to ANY of your concerns. This complex is soo terrible I'm thinking of leaving my lease early... very expensive but perhaps necessary. The apartments are very overpriced for what you actually get... service requests that never get fixed... rude and unprofessional service, stuffy and ignorent neighbors... Just bad...

Horrible renting experience. We've lived here for just shy of a year and can't wait to move. Every day is something else with Madison management. They left our front door open on TWO separate occasions to make cosmetic (aka SENSELESS) repairs to the doors and my dog ran away because the second time they gave NO NOTICE!! We probably won't get our pet back because Sumneytpwn Pike is so close and so busy. On a less personal note, they fix nothing, don't take things like electrical problems in the apartments seriously and are very rude in general. The old management (Bozzuto) was fabulous compared to these jokers. Now, they've contacted all of the apartments to put in some new internet and we have 2 days to clean out our bedroom closets! Where does it end? Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere, we can't wait to!

Look again, b/c this place is great.. I just started living at Willowyck this month and I think it's great - perfect location, well-kept grounds, really friendly staff... I think they're under new management so I guess things have changed for the better. I am 110% happy and am working on getting some friends to move in as well. I've got my eye on the pool for when it gets warmer, too. And i have never had a problem finding a parking spot either. This place beats my old apartment by a mile.

Over Sold and Over Priced - Look elsewhere. If you don't mind less than ample parking, poor snow or ice removal, poor water runoff (considerable pooling on sidewalks), less than friendly neighbors or a less than knowledgable staff you shouldn't mind the lack-luster living conditions in Willowyck at Gwynedd Square apartment community. This community is clearly over-advertised and well over priced.

VERY HELPFUL STAFF. I have not resided in these apartments, but am thinking of doing so in the very near future. Doris & Kelly from the office are two of the nicest people. They are extremely helpful & pull no punches. After residing in Summer Chase, where the staff is less then helpful, it was a refreshing change to have someone actually worry about my needs & wants. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking!!
