Hot Wings - Boyertown and Beyond. There are four Union Jack's restaurants in the Philadelphia area, and according to the our waitress last night, the Congo Hotel location is the best of the four.

Union Jack's hot wings are legendary.

You can get four temperature settings of the standard wings.

You can also get multiple flavored sauces..I had Strawberry Habenero last night..delicious.

You can also order the wings in amounts starting at 10 and going up to 100.

All wings are servied with blue cheese and celery.

In addition to the awesome hot wings, Union Jacks has a wide selection of beers to wash them down.
