Broken ATM: Avoid. I got hit with $7.00 in ATM fees because the screen was busted and wouldn't let me cancel the transaction. If you need to make a transaction and don't have a PNC account, avoid this branch like the plague. Tell the management about their pathetic excuse for technology and demand that they fix the screen; these banks are like ravenous wolves with their BS fees.
