Great tasting room, and tours of the beer-making process are fun and informative. Yards is also an amazing and affordable place to host an event.

Fantastic spot to hold an event. Held our wedding reception here. Fun space, great brews. House root beer on tap is nice.

They always have awesome food trucks/carts feeding the weekend crowds that congregate here. Stick around the tasting room post-tour for cheap flights of the freshest beer you'll ever drink.

Love the Revolution theme, very solid beer list. Great one-off beer selection as well. Vanilla love stout on cask!
Nice Hidden Gem in Plain Site. I recently attended a Harvard alumni event here at the Yards Brewing Company just a couple months back and was quit impressed by the entire setup. One co-owner of the establishment was actually a Harvard grad himself as per his undergrad degree and had gone on to the Warton school of business after. They close early (7pm), but have good food at reasonable rates; good beer also at reasonable rates, are articulate and helpful- and our group was even given a tour of the facility which was quit nice. We paid a $20 flat rate per person in our group; but with the favorable prices and quality I would recommend anyone give it a try. You will just want to bear in mind that it will close relatively early in comparison to other bars and eating establishments so arrive early enough to enjoy. This would also be a fine atmosphere for an after work drink as well.
Citysearch Editorial Review. Philadelphia’s first brewery to open in the modern era is located in an old iron factory and indoor skate park along a warehouse-ridden strip of Delaware Avenue. But what it lacks in curb appeal it makes up for in modern brewing techniques, a pro-community and environmental ethos, cool employees and beer as well-loved region-wide as a favorite pair of jeans. Free tours and tastings happen every Saturday from noon to 3pm and, new to this most recent relocation, the tasting room opens on weekday afternoons to brewheads for comfy bar food, tasty homemade pours, off-site sales and impromptu hanging out with brewers who, just off their shifts, are taking time out to enjoy the fruits of their labors.
