Service was great!. I thought the service was great! My dryer was not working and we needed someone fast. We live in a condo so I asked my neighbors if they knew anybody and several said they used Ashes Away. We called Ashes Away and they came out the same day. Dryer works better than when we moved in 4 years ago. I was impressed as they used white runners throughout and were very clean. I forgot to tip the guys so I hope my recommendations are just as good.

Great experience. Great experience! I had another company that wanted a fortune for 'Repairs." A couple of Realtors recommended Ashes Away afterwords. I found them very nice and honest. They took many photos and could not come up with any needs. I did see a couple of adverse comments out of many very positive ones and asked the owner. He showed me a communication by Yahoo that these comments were by the same IP address (same person) and it matches another chimney company. I'm selling a home in Warminster and everybody has to have their fireplace and heater with flue cleaned and inspected. This time I went a little further and called Warminster Twp. 215-443-5423 and asked about Ashes Away and their history. The Dept of L&I had all good comments about them. I hope this helps someone out there to avoid the rip-off company I called first.

Friendly, clean. Appreciative of client’s time, knowledgeable, friendly, clean (took time to cover rugs/furniture, personnel were clean).

Ashes Away found and fixed a serious problem. They came out the same day and fixed a hard-blockage in our heater flue. We had other companies look at this and left, said it would be too expensive and could give an upfront cost. Ashes Away guy John said it would be the regular charge of $95. He was done in 30 mins. The next day our heating company was out and they retested the draft. The heater guys said it looked good and clean. I would use them whenever needed and I don't think you could do better.

Exceptionally great. I usally don't bother to write good comments but these people were exceptionally great for us. My husband is now confined to a wheel chair and can no longer do his own repairs. Our dryer was not working and our applience repair guy refered Ashes Away because the exhaust shute was blocked. The next day and right on time it took them 30 minutes. They even cleaned the floor behind the dryer and the washer. We were not asking for charity but Ashes Away owner insisted on not charging us.

Highly recommend. Clean,on-time and thoroughly explained every step. This is what I want and what I received from them. They come-off as caring very much how you liked their service. I highly recommend Ashes Away and will use them again.

Very professional and responsive. Contractors are usually a nightmare to deal with, but this company is an exception. They are very professional and responsive, and do the work on time and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any type of chimney or flu work.

Very impressed. I was pricing every company for the cheapest price and as I soon learned that's not the better way. One call stood out heads above the rest and I could just tell by ( women's intuition ) this man's work was his a love. I thought they were a big company, but as it turns out it's just the owner and his apprentice. Iam very impressed how well things went and their level of professionalism and I write this including my parent's as they also used Ashes Away and were very pleased.
