Don't stay here. Bad service, dingy rooms, inexperienced staff.

My one night getaway was made unpleasant by the staff at this hotel.

I don't usual write reviews, but I travel a lot and I have never seen such bad service at a "high quality" hotel.

We arrived just after check-in and were told we would need to wait 2 hrs for our room, with little explaination except that housekeeping is running a delay beacause there is a big wedding here.

One would expect a big 4 diamond hotel is equipt to handel a big wedding, no? No appologies or consolations, and finally we ended up in a smoking room (we had originally requsted non).

Our front desk attendand gave us attitude and left out critical information (e.g. parking fees/rules)

All my clothes are stanky from the room.

I'm annoyed.

Great outdoor dining!. We had a lovely time at Happy Hour at the Penn's Landing Hotel, and will be joining in on the fun all summer long. keating's restaurant has excellent food, service , and a great Happy Hour.

The Hyatt Penn's Landing Has it All. What a wonderful place to stay on a beautiful weekend. We had so much to do on the waterfront, enjoyed our lunch outside on the terrace, and my wife got to do what she does best-- watch people! It was a relaxing weekend getaway, our room was clean and comfortable, and the exercise room was well equipped, as was the bar............ Very enjoyable!

What a Hotel......... this is an excellent hotel with every amenity you could ask for. The banquet manager, David, is out of this world in terms of taking care of your every need.

A Hotel With a View of the Water. What a beautiful hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed out stay and will stay at the Hyatt Penn's Landing for all future trips to Philadelphia. The room was great, the fitness center was well-equipped, out kids enjoyed the pool, and the food was excellent. most of all, we enjoyed the views from our room and from the gorgeous ballroom where our event took place. I have not eaten such good banquet food at a wedding ever. They Hyatt does a great job. thanks.

A Great Hotel for Weddings!!!!. We just got back from a weekend wedding at the Hyatt Penn's Landing and we had the time of our lives. The bride and groom could not have been happier with the banquet services, and the guests who spent the weekend at the hotel had a fabulous time as well. The food was excellent, the rooms were great; we all enjoyed ourselves so much. Thanks Hyatt.

A Fabulous Stay at the Hyatt. My wife and i stayed at this fabulous hotel when we were in town for the flower show for business. Not only did we enjoy the Flower Show tremendously, but I think we picked the best hotel in Philadelphia, with the best and most beautiful location. While we are not far away from the city, we decided on staying in town so we could maximize our time at the convention center, and we made an excellent choice with the Hyatt Penn's landing. Our room was great and our stay was nearly perfect.

What a Weekend!. I spent the weekend at this wondeful hotel and had the time of my life. The rooms were clean and well furnished. The views of the river were awesome, the bar was fun and full of people. The outdoor dining was a huge plus, and the people watching was supurb. Of course, the weather cooperated so there was a lot going on. The front desk staff was freindly and helpful, and the parking was easy. Pricing was good as well as there are deals to find on the internet.

I recommend this hotel for families. A great hotel for families-- we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel to visitors who are new to the City of Philadelphia. The concierge staff was knowledgable and sent us to the best places. Our trip was great and the hotel was great.
