One of the East Coast's largest suburban convention centers hosts crowd-pleasing expos, from the Philadelphia Motorcycle Show to the Suburban Home & Flower Show..
Big-ticket expos provide the raison-d'etre for this center, open since early 2009, that stages regional and national shows grouped according to different themes. Almost every weekend, visitors stroll the bright and airy expo space to marvel at gigantic floral arrangements, dainty dogs or luxury-liner-sized RV's, depending on the show. Often, entertainment and workshops add value to the cost of a ticket, as do knowledge-gleaning conversations with the industry-specific vendors who follow these shows around. With 210,000 square feet of exhibition space, the center is equipped to handle more extensive shows than the former Fort Washington Expo Center, which it replaced.
