Daniel Iannelli, with the help of his wonderful assistant Caitlin, provided me with the best hair experience of my life. He spent lots of time giving me a consultation, and then did my hair-- cut, color and highlights. I came back the following week with a question and he "tweeked" my hair and it is so fabulous. I must look great- I went to 10 Arts for happy hour and a very attractive man at least 10 years my junior sent a drink to my table! I've been to many hairstylists-- here in Phila, NY and Paris and I always had just ok-ish results-- or come away disappointed. I am so glad I found Daniel. I can't see any reason why I would go to another stylist.

And as an added bonus, Daniel and Caitlin are fun people to be around.

My experience at Pileggi was NOT so glowing. Based on "glowing" reviews I made an appointment with Daniel. I arrived on time and was brought upstairs to him where I watched him cutting another clients hair for the next 30 minutes. He eventually greeted me kindly and asked what I wanted to do with my hair today. I briefly told him and he went back to work on the other client. Finally he had someone shampoo me. Next thing I knew, some unknown stylist was blow drying me! There was no word from Daniel, right next to me working on another client. No, "gee, I'm sorry I'm running behind, would it be alright if someone else does your hair?" I was stuck. I needed my hair done for a wedding that night, so I was reluctant to express my unhappiness. I understand, things happen and people get behind schedule. But to book with a specific stylist and get a substitute with no explanation is unacceptable, not to mention unprofessional. All in all, my hair was acceptable (not fabulous).

Daniel Iannelli is truly a professional. When you sit down with Daniel, you get an amazing experience. Daniel has the knowledge and experience to educate his clients on product, style choices and maintenance. The energy around his station makes you feel comfortable and confident that you will walk out looking your very best, because he is the best! Highly recommended!

Daniel Iannelli is THE BEST!. Daniel has been my stylist for over ten years. I found Daniel after moving here from Manhattan. I had some very high expectations! Daniel has kept me blond and beautiful all these years. He is also a sweetheart because he has just donated a $150.00 certificate for his services to my favorite non-profit Gen. George A. McCall Elementary School Relays and Silent Auction, scheduled for April for 28th in Washington Square Park! Thank you Daniel

The Master of Manes, The King of Color, The DaVinci of DOs. I can not express in words what a true gem of a stylist Daniel Iannelli is, but I will try to convey it! After years of searching for a great stylist and colorist, I finally found Daniel! My initial appointment with him far exceeded my expectations! Daniel was attentive to what I wanted, as well as my concerns and also did exactly what we discussed in relation with my hair. ( I've been to stylists before that say one thing and then do the complete opposite). He recommended a style and cut that complimented my face and worked beautifully for my lifestyle. Daniel was also knowledgeable and informative about the condition, care and maintenance of my hair. You can definitely tell that he has years of expertise and natural talent! I felt so glamorous and sexy when I left his chair!

I have never had enough confidence in a stylist/colorist to dye my hair ... until Daniel. Daniel was the very first person ever to color my hair! I am so happy that I trusted him because the color is stunning and I have received many compliments regarding it! He made me feel like a million bucks!

Add all of this talent and skill along with a man that is also personable, warm, funny, always has a sincere smile on his face and just an overall wonderful human being and it equals to DANIEL IANNELLI! I would highly recommend him to anyone ... he will make you feel like a million dollars too!

Great Salon Service. I went to Daniel Iannelli after entirely butchering my hair and he remembered my face after three years and happily fixed my own mistakes while making my more knowledgable and teaching me along the way. He provided me with fantastic service and I ended up being thrilled with the product. Not to mention he is an overall wonderful person to work with. Recommended to the highest extent.

Daniel Iannelli -. I've been having Daniel style my hair for years, and once my daughter got past the age for "bowl cuts" she has seen him too.

All the rave reviews about Daniel's amazing skills are true -- he works magic with cuts and colors -- but I want to tell you about something else: He is dedicated to helping his clients understand their hair and work with it themselves.

Case in point: My teenage daughter has become ultra-focused on her hair, as only teens can be, and has been in to see him several times between appointments to ask advice and get lessons on blow-drying and hair care. He is so incredibly patient and kind with her! And she has learned some really useful things.

An wonderful person as well as a first-class stylist!

Daniel Iannelli- Absolute best the city has to offer. As soon as I met Daniel for our appointment I was greeted with a smile and a welcoming attitude. He sat down and listened very intently to the concerns I had about my hair color. Where most stylists seem to listen, time always seems limited and I always felt rushed or sometimes silly with my ideas. However, with Daniel, he seemed to take just as much interest in the health and appearance of my hair as I did! I couldnt believe how much time he took with me discussing color options and ideas; in addition to educating me about hair in ways that were above and beyond the usual mantras you hear at every salon. Sometimes Im almost insulted at what other styists tell me as if Ive never heard it before. But Daniel was informative on a whole different level. Not only that, but he also pointed out things right away like the shape of my head and the way certain cuts would look with my face shape... that Ive been trying to explain to hair stylists for years and they look at me like Im crazy.- thats when I knew I would be his client for life! Hes the only person who gets it !!!! I joked with my friends that I felt like I was meeting with the Jesus of hair stylists.

Im a blonde and I wanted to go a little darker. At first, I loved how it came out!! I left and after walking around the city, I suddenly decided that I might want a few more highlights in the front. Before I left he assured me that if I wasnt feeling it or I wanted an adjustment to feel free to call anytime and he would adjust until I felt it was perfect. In any other circumstance I would have dealt with it rather than be embarrassed but since he was so reassuring, I trusted I could go back without anyone rolling their eyes. And when I did, there he was smiling. He put in a few more highlights with the help of his equally welcoming assistant. At one point I felt like my sugar was getting a little low and I asked if there was perhaps a cookie or some juice around. She immediately came back with her own candy she had brought for herself.

When I left I was just ecstatic at the way I looked. I felt like the whole city was looking at me, I got so many compliments. Daniel is definitely the best experience I have ever had with a hair stylist ever, not ony for his incredible talent but also for the time, respect, and attention that he gives his clients. These are the things that separate the average from the excellent, and why he is worth every penny.

Daniel Iannelli - You're Awesome. For anyone who is looking for a wonderful stylist, hair consultant, hair scientist, I highly recommend that you make an appointment with Daniel. He takes the time to listen to you, very conscientious, makes great recommendations, communicates with you, and can transform you into a new person.

I recently had my hair done and finally agreed to let Daniel create a style that fits my hair type, personality, and face shape. I TRUSTED him and allowed Daniel to create. It was the best decision I made. I went to work and received compliments and shockingly from men who tend to not notice or not say anything. Daniel, I love my cut! Thanks for the transformation, thanks for being you, and thanks for the good times and many laughs! And Catlin, you're awesome too. If anyone takes my recommendation, tell Daniel Anna sent you!
