over stated skills level. Javier Lopez doing business as Chente Construction, grossly overstated his skills level. Apparently he is good at dry wall, painting, concrete but is horrible at organization and preparation to do jobs outside of the above skills. Not a planner or didn't show good leadership ability on the work site. Do not hire Chente Construction to land scape, or any task outside of his skills level. Be very careful engaging Javier Lopez. He was ill equipped and ill prepared most days. He will try hard to convince you he is capable of completing the job. Giving him the whole package is a chance - You will regret the decision. He shows no ability to map a action plan.

Bad experience. Nice man. Horrible work. He had not properly planned the job out. Did not have ANY of the equipment required to do the job. Did not have a plan on removing debris. He kept a very messy and sloppy worksite with bottles, food bags, etc. Tried to cut corners. Did not use his time wisely or efficiently. We had to let him go and bring in a professional to clean up behind him. This was a horrible and costly experience!!
