simply the best. I recently moved to San Francisco from Philadelphia. I had been seeing Erin Anderson, the Fringe owner, for about 2 years for haircuts. Needless to say after not having her here in SF I realized EVEN MORE how great she is. Being a guy with thick curly hair who likes to have an actual style, it's not an easy task to get it right. That's what Erin did for me...she got it right every time. I always left feeling like a rockstar ready to take on the world. Yup, a haircut CAN make you feel that good. What do I miss most about Philadelphia? My hair guru. And great conversation while you're in her chair is free of charge.

We found Olivia!. Ive been looking for her for a month! I ran into her in Center City, she's at DeCarlo Salon 1210 Sansom St. 215-923-5806....she cuts my boyfriend and I and gives us both AMAZING haircuts.she made a soft baby blonde and my boyfriend loves it! i like my hair super textured and asymmetrical, and she nails it every time! she's awesome I definitely recommend seeing her at the new spot, the staff there is super chill and she gave me discount parking so we grabbed dinner too! so glad we found her :)
