Best Restaurant in Manayunk. If you're in the mood for southwestern and looking for something delicious, give the Cactus a try. I think that their food is amazingly delicious and reasonably priced at that. My girlfriends and I come in here at least once a month for an awesome meal and a great time. The staff is wonderful; we've never had a hard time with them to complain about. 5 stars for sure!

Owners of the adjacent The Bayou Bar & Grill have opened this Southwestern cantina in Manayunk to cater to the student and post-grad crowd. Décor is rustic south of the border and the food menu has everything you'd expect and nothing you wouldn't. The bar menu, on the other hand, is a fiesta in a bottle with 40 types of tequila, most of which are accessibly priced and can be sampled by the half-ounce as a flight. Margaritas are made with fresh-squeezed fruit, more than a dozen wines can be purchased by the glass and lovers of basic domestic and imported beer will have several from which to choose.
