Effective and Efficient Exercise Equipment merged with friendly smiles.
Level 1 exemplifies top level equipment, presentation and personnel. My exercise experience has now been made much easier by the allure of the high tech equipment and the new experience of using the
amazing Kinesis exercise system. My joints felt really good while using the Kinesis system, whereas barbells and other systems were too tough on my joints.
Thank you Level 1 for creating such a wonderful exercise/workout oasis.…
Tailored Training, Professional, Friendly and Cutting Edge!!!!!!!.
I was given a pass to try this facility with interest in the Kinesis equipment to supplement my Martial Arts Training. The person who gave me this pass thought I would appreciate this facility; they
were right.!! My initial experience was professional, friendly, and informative. I met with the owner during my first visit and I was given a demonstration of equipment, an open discussion of my needs in training, and a open invitation to spend time using Kinesis in a way which I felt comfortable. The facility itself is very State of the Art - Kinesis, cardio equipment , circuit training equipment, lay out, up to and including the lockers in bathrooms. Which brings me to another point this facility is clean.
I have been training in gyms for two decades and found this facitilty to be both top of the line and non-intimidating. It is a comfortable atmosphere in which you can get a good tailored training session. The trainers I have met at this facility are very personable and knowledable which is a key.
It is a perfect place for someone who does not feel comfortable in a traditional gym setting but provides all the facilities plus of a traditional gym. For my purposes, it supplements my core training to support my Martial arts training and I have seen a few marathon runners and other athletes there for the same purpose. This facitilty is a much need alternative to the traditional Philadelphia gym.…
