Escape Away Day Spa

Greed replaces good care. The total lack of human caring at this "spa" is astounding. The masseuse was so rough and unconnected during the massage, I was bruised and sore for days afterward. The chiropractor was rude and insistent on using his old fashioned approach even after I told him I didn't have any pain to be addressed. After the spa "care-givers" learned I had insurance they were focused on billing as much as possible regardless of whether I needed the service. Don't go to this place - you'll regret it and so will your insurance company.…

I am a regular at this spa - I love it!. I am a regular at this spa and Tanya is very professional and talented massage therapist. All spa staff is very polite and good trained. I could not even picture those nice people treat someone bad or show an attitude.

You are a very rude and I would not like to meet you in person. I could not understand such a bad attitude. Your review looks really out of the picture. I do not see anything that could possibly upset you, except reviews left for this spa. Now you make me to give them a review, I do not do this stuff. But... BTW you left positive review for the spa that was closed, at the time of your "service". Did you visit any of those spas at all?

Rude and unprofessional. Experience does say it all. Although this spa looks quite lovely,the services were barely tolerable as was the awful attitude of the front desk and the therapists. They seem to feel you are lucky to be a client!

All these reviews that I read have the same words-BEST_BEST_BEST!!!

It seems pretty obvious who wrote the reviews-NOT CLIENTS FOR SURE!!

I though that Tatiana was supposed to be the best-far from it-she was not at all what I expected and the services left us cold and very disappointed!…
