We just wanted to share that our experience with your sales department exceeded expectations. We originally inquired about a new Vera Cruz via the internet. Teale McQuirk was quick to get back to us, answered all our questions and then introduced us to Brandon Daub when we came into the dealership. Brandon was professional, knowledgeable and honest as he took us on a test drive then reviewed our buying options. Everyone in the dealership was a pleasure to work with. Lisa made the finance process painless. We love our new Vera Cruz even more then the 1st one!!

Piazza was the third dealership I had visited. I wish I had gone to Piazza first! My salesperson explained all of the information,was honest and not in the least bit pushy! I had very negative dealing with two other dealerships and Piazza stopped the plate and was courteous and cooperative. I will definitely be visiting them again!

Matt Gillespie was very informative especially in the area I wanted information about - can this vehicle tow and many other features. He did a nice upsell presentation - taking me with the Sonata first and then the SantaFe so that I could better experience the difference. Both cars were great!

Overall a very positive and efficient purchase experience from all persons who assisted me through the process. The lease vs. purchase was clearly explained and the staff was very personable and did not want to rush me through the process.

The people were great and friendly when we were there. They knew a lot about the car we were buying. After we made our decision they had us in and out in under an hour, which included washing and detailing the car we chose. The business office person was also very friendly and helpful.
