Jan and I are delighted to be able to return to Piazza Honda of Pottstown and be able to purchase a second vehicle from Ben Grinar. I am people realize how special Ben is. We certainly think he is great! Compared to reps and even managers at most of many other dealerships we contacted, Ben is more knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, low stress, focused on our preferences, professional and service oriented.

I received the best possible service from your service department. I've been a very satisfied customer since the late 1980s. The people who make the service appointment and discuss options are excellent in every way - they are professional and courteous and they truly have the best interests of the customer at heart. I never have to worry about whether or not I'm being treated fairly, because the staff goes out of their way to make sure I am well informed and up to date about any possible problems. It's a great feeling to have utter confidence in Piazza Honda of Pottstown's service crew. Thanks for making maintenance of my Honda such a positive experience!

2nd year now dealing with Piazza Pottstown, wish the guys would completely clean off the old inspection sticker/glue before installing new one. That really makes me mad !

Other than that, service is affordable, efficient and works around my schedule.

We had a pleasant experience with Piazza Honda of Pottstown. Steve Minford was very professional. It was so refreshing to deal with someone that is familiar with their product and so efficient in their pursuit of excellence in customer service. The moment I saw the new Accord prepped and ready for us, I no longer had any regrets in saying goodbye to my 2007! I just love the new car! We will recommend Steve and Piazza Honda of Pottstown to family and friends.

As soon as I took the car in, the person greeted me was very pleasant and knew what I needed to get done. It took 1/2 hours instead of two. They had soft pretzels and a very nice waiting area. They were very polite and courteous.

Ben helped me so much on the purchase of my new Audi A4! I was at the end of my rope with dealerships so to find my Audi at Piazza Honda of Pottstown could not have been more perfect! Everyone at Piazza made it easy and painless and that is worth more than you know! You guys go above and beyond and are beyond awesome!
