I can't say enough good things about Piazza Mazda. They are always so willing to fit you in if you have a sudden problem and couldn't be nicer. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Piazza Mazda is the dream car dealership. The people are super friendly without being overbearing and it is truly a no-pressure dealership. I dealt with Chris Angelone via email before visiting the dealership and couldn't be more pleased with his customer service. While salesmen from other dealerships harassed me via phone and email after casual inquiry, Chris didn't even ask for my phone number until I was waiting for my Mazda CX5 to be delivered. He was so informative, laid back and genuine that I felt he truly deserved my business. I don't know if I would have even bought the CX-5, or any other Mazda for that matter, if it wasn't for this salesman. Chris offered me a great price and when the specific car/ color combination I wanted wasn't in stock, he had it delivered to Piazza Mazda in a jiffy. I jokingly told him I wanted a giant bow on the car and to my surprise, a GIANT bow was in fact on top of my dazzling new CX5 when I went to pick it up. Also, I was in a huge rush to get to work that night and both Chris and Lee worked so hard and fast to make sure I made it on time. What a wonderful first car buying experience at Piazza Mazda!
It was a pleasure buying a car from Piazza Mazda of West Chester! Nick was very professional. It was easy to want to buy a car from Piazza! I was happy with the process. I don't enjoy my Mazda3, I love it! I have gotten so many compliments from family and friends.
I was in for the first oil change and wheel locks for my Mazda3. The waiting room was clean and inviting. While waiting for the car, Bob Daley and Pat stopped by to see how I was. They also showed me the new Mazda6. I always feel welcome by the friendly nature of everyone who works there.
Great place to have my car serviced. I can easily get appointments when I need and even if I drop my car off and don't need it until late in the day it is always done very early in the morning. They are also always willing to help answer any questions I have or explain anything to me.
I was there to get my annual inspection. The work was completed in a timely manner. The car was left clean with everything set as I left it. While sitting and waiting, both Bob and Pat stopped into the waiting room to say hello and to see how things were going. Bob also allowed me to take a look at the new Mazda6 they had. Everyone who works there makes me feel like a friend and not just another customer.
I am writing to express my gratitude for the great service I received today on my 2011 Miata. I also want to compliment Mr. Nicholas Price. He took the time out of his busy schedule to acknowledge me and my friend Joseph. Mr. Price also went above and beyond his call of duty with helping me to set up blue tooth between the car and my cell phone. He is an exemplary employee who is the epitome of what customer service would be. Words cannot describe the asset he is to your establishment.
I trust the service department to recommend what needs to be fixed or replaced. My daughter is usually the one taking the car in for service as she is the primary driver and every experience has been positive.
Speedy and helpful service, they were friendly. They could have tried to charge me for 4 tires instead they only plugged them and sent me on my way. Which has happened at past dealers. I appreciate the honesty and consideration for not changing more than necessary.
Bought a CX-5 from Piazza Mazda a few weeks ago. The service was very nice and we had a very pleasant buying experience. The prices are low and they don't try to scam you like a lot of other car dealerships do. Very nice people. I would definitely go back there again if I need another car.
