I am so satisfied with buying my car at Piazza, especially from Mr. Gene Janvier. My car is very beautiful and it was a good price. In particular, I would like to emphasize that Mr. Janvier is very helpful and kind. I am so happy to get my car and join the Piazza Honda of Philadelphia family.

I have used this dealership for service for the past 5 years and wouldn't think of taking it anywhere else. The service manager, Mike and my service advisors, Greg and Chris, always make me feel like my visit is the most important one of their day!

The sales manager, Mario was and has been a fantastic manager to do business with. He has been there for as long as I have been leasing my cars over 20 years. From start to finish, the staff, the waiting time, the work that was done, the cleanliness and everything was excellent. I've been dealing with them for years. They have always given me great service every time I go.

Walking into a car dealer can be a very intimidating process. Our car salesman, Chris Tran, worked with us in every way possible to make this process less traumatic and more satisfying and pleasurable. I cannot say enough about Chris and how well we were treated as customers. My husband and I left feeling 100% confident and secure with the decision we made with Chris' help. We would definitely remain loyal customers to Chris for the outstanding customer service he showed us. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to family and friends as an outstanding car salesman! Five starts all the way!

I received exceptional service. John, my salesman was excellent. For the first time after buying a major item I was not confused whether I made a good decision or got value in my purchase. The guys were excellent in explaining everything and helping me decide what extras were best for my situation. I will definitely give an excellent report to my friends and family!!

The service department recognized that my inspection sticker was about to expire in just a few days, something I had overlooked. My rep. used the state's online website to renew my registration and then my inspection was completed in a timely manner. The service team saved me a lot of time and perhaps helped avoid a ticket for an expired registration. Nice job service department.

I have been coming to Piazza Honda for five years, since I bought my 2007 Fit. Every single experience, from regular maintenance to state inspections to full body repair, has been nothing short of exceptional. I truly appreciate the staff at Piazza. They are pleasant, respectful, helpful and genuine. Having work done on your car is never a fun experience, but for the first time ever, I don't dread coming to a car repair shop or waiting around for the work to be completed. The customer waiting room is comfortable and clean. I also appreciate the wireless internet where I can get work done while I wait!
