Bella Medspa

Do not go to Bella medspa. I got burned by laser. Went to Bella medspa for laser hair removal. It hurt very badly during the treatment, I told the technician I was in pain and she continued, without turning down the machine. Immediately after my treatment I was in excruciating pain. I then had to ice my face for 4 hours. In the morning I was left with 50 or so purple/brown large spots on my face. I called Bella medspa. They said this does happen and they were sorry. No refund. Nothing. I haven't been able to leave my house. Take my kids to birthday parties because of these marks. I have been informed by a doctor that this will take months of treatment to go away - if it even ever is normal again. This Bella medspa tech did not know what she was doing. Do NOT go to Bella medspa!!!…

We're sorry to have to post something like this, but Bella Medspa has every intention of fighting to keep our reputation and name in tact. Highly Recommended. I went in for some laser hair removal treatment a couple of weeks ago. I had a great experience during my treatments. The technicians were very friendly and it definitely showed that they knew what they were doing! I recommend Bella to anyone looking for laser hair removal!…
