Don't go to the 3535 Market St. FedEx if you don't have to!. The manager at this FedEx Office store is terrible. Unfortunately, this FedEx is close to our store so we don't have much choice. When we asked about having some work done, he told us to do it ourselves because he wasn't supposed to "really" be doing it -- and this is everyday, regularly advertised work done at this and every FedEx office! Then another time when we said we needed something back by a certain date, he gave us the wrong information/date, and the product was not available for an important meeting. He did not apologize nor offer any explanation. He spoke rudely and we must say, always acts like a giant jerk. We don't know how someone with such deplorable attitude towards customers ever got to be manager. On other occasions he approached and spoke with an "in your face" attitude, smart/rude remarks. He seems to try to butt in to serve you when you try to avoid him. The other people in the office seem fine, but they need a new manager here!

GOT YELLED AT BY STAFF!. WORST customer service i have EVER had. i'm an architecture major and i needed some color copies on acetate sheets (that ONLY takes about 5 minutes to process). i went at about 6pm (they close at 10pm), and showed this guy what he needed to do. he told me to pick them up 3 days later (cost OVER $10)! i politely suggested that the process would only take a few minutes and then SUDDENLY he went into a rage and YELLED AT MY FACE saying "yeah have hell lot of stuff to do and your stuff gotta be behind the line of 3 1000 copy projects so i have no time whatsoever to do your stuff" . i was so embarassed i left the place. i went to CAMPUS COPIES instead and it ONLY took LESS than 10 minutes to get them done. WHAT A SHAME !
