But proprietor Kevin Kelley says he just wanted a provocative moniker for his upbeat corner gastro-pub that focuses on regional American cuisine. Burgers are served bounteous and cooked to precision. Grilled Steak and Blue Cheese Salad shines with baby beets and tarragon dressing. Wild Striped Bass and Prime Belvedere Steak stand up for more sophisticated fare on a menu dominated by casual fare ranging from Fried Ravioli to Fish Tacos.
