Best bar. Best dive bar around, period. And its not even really a dive. Just a great little bar with a great beer selection and even better music playing!

Party under a picture of Pope John Paul II. No doubt he'd have wanted it that way. Especially he was down with a killer beer selection and rocking juke box..

Don't let the bar-mounted guillotine scare you off. P.O.P.E.'s well-considered beer selection is worth forging on at this friendly hipster hang taking up in the old Big Ralph's space in this burgeoning district. A comfortable lounge of mixed furniture is just the ticket for kicking back after a hard day at the tattoo parlor. Or steal away to the back corner by the glowing beer fridge for a conversation in the dark. Friendly bar keeps are good for a suggestion or two when it comes to the suds. Basic bar food completes the no-nonsense scene.
