WORST SERVICE, HORRIBLE STAFF. VANGO HAS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I usually don't write negative reviews, but I just had to in this case.

I paid $200.00 to book my reservation (which was suppose to be refundable when you arrive). Once I arrived on time, the staff acted as if they had no clue what was going on. It was so disorganized and the staff did not try to accommodate us. All we wanted to do was eat dinner and that did not happen. There were no tables for us to sit because they were all occupied (what's the point of paying for a reservation then). It was my birthday weekend and I was ready to go somewhere else. Once I asked for my deposit, this very RUDE man said "you can't get your deposit back". I would NEVER GO TO VANGO AGAIN and I would not recommend it either.

Worst bouncers ever. The Djs are good, the crowd is ok, the bouncers are horrible and the drinks are overpriced. Do not bother. It is a shame that the door does not even know who is spinning and the attitude is horrendous.

Absolutely rediculus, disrespectful and untrained staff. Absolutely rediculus, security staff extremly rude. Asked for management and was refused. Would not recomend unless you trying to spoil your evening. I hope that this will assist management to retrain the staff. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Don't support this sleeze-fest. What a disgusting, horribly managed place. I would not recommend this club to anyone unless they enjoy supporting a business in which THE EMPLOYEES ARE PAID IN CASH UNDER THE TABLE. What kind of business would do such a thing!? Well, one with a sleezy prick of an owner who hires unintelligent, incompetent employees who are too naive to realize all that is wrong with getting paid under the table.

Not a good time............ We went for a bach. party and wanted to dance. The dj was terrible and played too much slow music and even remixed fast songs so they were slow. So annoying.....it was obvious people were trying to dance on the dance floor but he didn't seem to care and he never looked up to check out the scene.....just smoked his cigarette like a tool. He really was awful at picking out songs to get the vibe going. Couldn't hear the music on he deck either which kind of sucked since that's the coolest part of the bar. The inside upstairs is very tight and hot. The crowd was very questionable as well.........I def would not return here.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. IMPORTANT NOTE:

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING A BOTTLE SERVICE (VIP). We reserved a table with 2 bottle service and was treated like 3rd class average joe. I feel like i got robbed and rapped with bad service and REALLY BAD MUSIC. I do not recommend this place to anyone even if this place was the only place around. I had more fun at the dentist. we had a large group of 15 and they will never go back to this place again. AND ITS VERY, VERY HUMID SWEATING HOT IN THE CLUB ... NO Air Conditioning. Cheap Bastards!

odd vibe. I read that this place was cool and that it was very hard to get up to the sky lounge without a long wait, so we went Sunday at 7:45 to avoid the crowd. The bouncer acted like he wasn't sure he was going to let us in. When we got in we found there to be 0 (zero) nobody in there except the staff. I was in a group of four and we were looking forward to eating out on the roof top ("Sky Lounge"). There were no tables up there only beds and there were two staff members up there alone with the music turned up so high you could not speak. Cool for drinks but we were looking to sit down. We went to the roof top at the Continental and had a great meal. I may go back some day but prob not.
