A striking and sophisticated exterior is met by an even more sumptuous interior, bringing big-city style to the suburbs at this eclectic Media looker. Executive Chef Takao Linuma honed his craft at Japan's prestigious Hattori Nutrition College long before signing on for top stints with the Morimoto group in Philadelphia, India and D.C. The menu is - for good reason - heavily Japanese, with sushi, tempura, teriyaki, and noodle dishes. Western accents are more pronounced in entrees such as Black Angus Rib Eye and Pan Roasted Diver Scallops.
