Great Place for a New Style!

I loved this place! It has great decor and I got an amazing haircut! I had to take off ten inches to participate in the locks for love program and I was a little nervous about it. Luckily I came out with a fantastic haircut that my boyfriend loved!

David is a true artist!!

I've read all of the reviews on David and knew that I needed to schedule an appointment immediately!! It has been the BEST decision that I've ever made. Not only is the salon cozy and comfortable, it is in the perfect location for parking!! David is very skillfull and makes you feel right at home. My hair is very curly and I was having a problem finding a stylist to cut my hair in it's natural state. I explained this to David and told him what I wanted and he took it from there. He listened to exactly what I wanted and cut my hair perfectly. I have been trying to get my curls to drape like this for years!! I cannot say enough about it. I drove from Lancaster Pa for the perfect cut and I will continue to do so for now on. Everyone keeps asking me who cut my hair and I do not hesitate to tell them all about David!! After David was finished with his "artwork" I sat in Vanessa chair. She is the nail technician located in the same salon and I was in need of an eyebrow waxing. She did a great job!! My eyebrows have a natural arch in them and she was able to enhance them for me!! If I could give Meringue Salon 1000 stars... I would!!

The One

Meringue is not a typical salon. It's a comfortable, personal experience—and you always get a hair cut that's perfect for you. After living in the city for 3 years, I finally found the perfect stylist. David is a visionary, masterful and clever. Getting my hair cut is no longer a chore.

Plus, for lovers of all things "camp", the salon is decked out with David's unique accumulation of restored toys and collectables!
