I have ordered perfumes from House of Beauty for years, from their website. The prices are fabulous, the service and shiopping is prompt. I have received original not counterfit products and I am a loyal customer, with also purchasing other products from this company over the years. HORRIBLE...SCAM SCAM SCAM...THIEF THIEF THIEF.
I purchased a hairdryer from House of Beauty, since the purchase I have had 15 phone conversations, each one worse than the last. The first 5 calls were me trying to get the hairdryer, each time I
was told it was already shipped. After two weeks I received a counterfeit hairdryer, in a non matching box, with scratches all over it.
After three more calls I returned the hair dryer, that was 7 days ago and still no refund. The last 7 phone calls have all given me a different answer. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General for the State of PA, and I suggest anyone do the same. I want them out of business so other consumers are not taken advantage. I have no hope of getting my $100 back, I just want justice.
I promise you the other reviews posted here are done by employees. If you don't believe me call them and ask about your order, without any details they will tell you it is shipping tomorrow.…
Buyer Beware. Beware this Website is a RIPOFF AND A SCAM. I ordered $70plus worth of products from this site and have yet to receive my order. I purchased this in Oct. 2009!! Do not waste your money. If its too good to be true then it usually is!! I will be posting this message to every forum I can find because House of Beauty should be shutdown.
