THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!. Hello, I most definitely do not recommend Allure window treatments to any of my friends or family members. Their prices are based on how your house looks from the inside and outside because two different customers can get two different prices on exactly the same product. Not only have I paid double for what it should have I was also misguided on the materials that I was getting. Unfortunately I had to learn my lesson the hard way. I was told the shutters I ordered were made out of the real wood... Well, 4 months later, thanks to my friend, I found out that they are made out of the fake wood. When Allure got to my house to install the product, it turned out that they have ordered the wrong shutters. 2 weeks later, finally the "RIGHT" product arrived. Yet the shutters were still much smaller than my window frames, so I ended up with a 2 inch gap on every side which was then caulked and explained to me that that is how it is supposed to be. This is not fair to any customer and this is very poor business practice. I have read the reviews and I think that most of them are about as real as the “WOOD” shutters I got. Please do your homework before you commit to any company and especially this one, otherwise you will end up in my shoes.

Great Job Allure. Allure installed an auto Sunsetter Awning over our deck that we absolutely love. We were very uncomfortable in taking the measurements for this awning ourselves since it had to be roof mounted. This was no problem for Allure...the owner came to our home on time, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the product. The choices of material & colors were explained to us in detail. Our awning was custom made and arrived on the date we were told. Allure's team installed the awning and our sun drenched deck is now a beautiful area we can enjoy. Thanks Allure and we would highly recommend you!

A true example of customer service. We desperately needed new curtains to replace the ugly vertical blinds when we bought our condo. I found Allure online, read the reviews and called to make an appointment. Sigita worked around our odd schedule to find a time to come by - she brought tons of samples and let us find our favorites without trying to push anything on us. She was upfront with the pricing and helped us find a cheaper fabric when we realized one was $$$$. Don't get me wrong - the drapes were still expensive, but at least the cost included hardware & installation unlike other places, and we knew they would be pricey due to our high ceilings. Sigita kept us apprised of the status (one of our fabrics was backordered) and arranged installation as soon as they were done. Installation took longer than I expected but the work is outstanding and they were meticulous in ensuring everything was level and perfect. They also made sure to protect our floor & furniture and clean up afterwards. I will use them again if we buy another place.

beautiful job. Allure was recommended to us by a relative whose window treatments are gorgeous!.. We weren't sure what to do with windows in our apartment --very modern building but we were looking for a "soft" look. Sigita walked in and knew exactly what would work best. Installation was meticulous (and prompt!). Sigita coordinated everything and made sure we were totally satisfied. They are absolutely gorgeous--would recommend Allure to anyone looking for the best!

Having windows of non-standard measurements required custom made work. Their expert eye and refined taste resulted in beautiful installations that complement and beautify the rooms. Equipped with limitless samples and patience their suggestions and attention to minute details, made the process of choosing easy and really pleasant. great work and reasonably priced. After looking at Home Depot and Lowe's to get blinds in my new apartment on a budget, I decided to try Allure. Their quotes were actually less for me, which was surprising. And the blinds look really good.

Since I have very tall windows (98") that were three different sizes (oh the joys of living in a former warehouse or something) they would've had to be custom ordered. But they came to my house, recommended a few colors, gave me a few prices which, as I said, were very competitive. installation took no time at all. In fact, the products themselves got here a week earlier than they said they would.

So overall, I'm impressed.

Allure Window Treatments. We recently moved to the city and chose Allure to give our rooms the unique window treatments we wanted. They exceeded our expectations. We have lived many places and had many window dressings but never were treated with such consideration and expert skills. The finished product has made our apartment a home with character. Beautiful fabric, creative thinking, room darkening and insulated blinds and more have impressed all our family and friends. Thanks Allure.

Believe the reviews!. Truly a delight to work with in every way. Great selection and great design recommendations --- at reasonable prices. Never late for appointments or product delivery. Did excellent job in cleaning old draperies and installing numerous new window treatments. Great work and great follow-up. I'm very glad that I followed their other internet reviews and recommendations.

Other contractors could learn a lot by watching how this business treats its customers!!
