Best Limousine Service!

I used Secrets Limousine from Blue Bell, PA for my wedding and they did an amazing job. They were professional, on-time, personable and they made sure that the day went smoothly. I used a few of their limousines for my wedding day and the Chauffeurs were fantastic. They held the train of my dress while I walked, gave me water in between pictures and even held my flowers when my arms were tired of holding them! After the ceremony Chuck, my chauffeur, gave a small toast to us and had champagne and glasses set up on the red-carpet. I felt like a celebrity! They even brought all of the bags into the bridal suite for us. They literally took care of everything! My friend recently used them for her wedding and she loved them too! I would highly recommend Secrets Limousine Service to anyone!

Wonderful staff, terrific drivers, and amazing limos!

Secrets and my driver Chuck were absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough positive things!! Chuck was our driver for my bachelorette party and did such a great job that I called up secrets the next day to request Chuck be my driver for the day of the wedding! Since my wedding was only five days away i knew it would be a longshot that Chuck would be available and unfortunately Chuck had to work at his other job the day of my wedding and I was scheduled with another driver. Well, to my surprise guess who pulled up to my house on the day of the wedding?! Chuck! He was able to rearrange things with his other job the night before and really wanted to be there for us on the day of the wedding! It was so sweet and I hope chuck did not get fired from his other job!! Chuck went above and beyond! My wedding day was in the winter and so it was cold out. Chuck came prepared with hand warmers that we used when taking pictures outside! He thought of everything! He was out there with us in the cold during the pictures helping, holding my bouquet, etc. He was right there before I started down the aisle when it was just my dad and I and made sure my train was fluffed out and he was right there waiting when I walked back down the aisle at the end of the ceremony with my coat. Chuck was more than just a driver and made my special day extra special. I would highly recommend secrets and I tell everyone I know to use secrets and how great chuck was!! I'm so impressed with chuck and the staff I'm forgetting to even mention how great the limo was! I had the 20-pass Yukon Denali and it was fantastic! The vehicle was spotless and so roomy! Chuck was even prepared with wedding music and had "going to the chapel" playing! But you are getting more than just a limo and just a driver with secrets! It's the people you will remember and the care and time they put into your special day. This is not a limo company that's going to drop you off and sit in the car and wait for you. I was so impressed with everything and highly recommend! The videographer actually caught the moment when my bridesmaids and I saw chuck pull up to my house and how excited we were to see him! Absolutely wonderful experience!

Everything went absolutely wonderful!!! John was superb to my bridal party and I. I thought it was so great that he helped me pull my blusher over, fan my train out, and give me tissues just in case I needed them during the ceremony. I was so concerned b/c it started to rain after the ceremony, but John reassured 'the upset bride' he had umbrellas and it would be just fine. He is such a gem, and a big asset to your company! I couldn't have asked for anyone better!!!! My bridal party and I just LOVED the Denali too!!!! Ha ha. We'll definitely we using that again!

I didn't get to talk to much to the other town car drivers, but my parents and in-laws said they were great as well. Also, (I forgot his name, oops) the driver who picked us up after the reception and drove us to our airport hotel was very nice and professional. My husband and him were chatting about comedy movies!

I appreciated how professional and organized the company is. It was nice you call numerous times to confirm so that my day goes smoothly, and also that the drivers themselves call to introduce themselves....so great!

All around, I had a terrific experience with Secrets Limo. An just like the company was referred to me, I will certainly refer Secrets to others!!!

Do Not Use!

As if planning for a wedding isn't stressful enough, this company refused to honor a contract. After being contacted and told I would have to pay almost DOUBLE what I was quoted, I was called a liar and a cheat by the owner of the company who offered $100 off full price. He said I should have known that the price was too good to be true and he didn't want to to business with someone like me. I feel sorry for the people who have to work for this man
