They enjoy overcharging you ... watch your bill. This place is really new, so hopefully things improve.

Met up with some friends there one night for drinks, and it seemed good enough when we walked in. The waitress brought the wrong drink once, splashed two drinks on our low table (which ended up spraying on us), was missing for a while (we were thirsty), added a drink to the bill (probably the wrong drink she brought), and then even when the bill was "fixed" I somehow had paid $5 extra on our drink bill (self added tip?).

They only handed me the credit card receipt with a final price. It didn't hit me until later, I added the drinks together and unless Philly now has a 13% tax rate, I got overcharged a few bucks. It's not about the money it's about the dishonesty.

There are lots of other options in Old City, so I would check somewhere else out first.
