Flowerdelphia florist. This place is terrible!! I wanted to send flowers to my 5 yr old daughter because I was stuck away on business and was unable to make her year end school play. I was promised same day delivery by Tom. They some how attemtpted to send the flowers to the wrong school and the wrong street, even though I clearly spelled both for Tom. Pond st. sounds nothing like main st and BASE school sounds nothing like Christian School! I called the same night and requested a refund on the answering machine and was never called back. I have since spoken to them twice and have been promised a refund both times. I have yet to receive my refund 2 months later. I am extremely disgusted with this place and there extreme lack of customer service. Now when you call it say the mail box is full. It must be filled with complaints!!
