Total Rip Off!. This day spa is a rip off. I found them online. I wish I had read the reviews others wrote ahead of time. All these women hit the nail on the head! The services are WAY over priced. I wouldn't mind paying the extra money if it was worth it. It wasn't! When I got to the front the bill was 3x's what I thought it was going to be. They had offers that were already expired, I was very upset with them. They gave me a run around on how they would take care of me the next time I went there. Problem is I will never go back! HORRIBLE disgraceful customer service! Misleading!

BEWARE!. I had a nightmare in this place! They put the filler in my face wrong! When I complained they told me I wasn't getting a refund I never asked for. That shows alot right there, they just want to take your money. They could have cared less, the customer service was the worst! This was my first time having any filler done. My Doctor was appauled when he saw it! I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, hopefully this will help someone else from making a terrible mistake!

AMAZING SERVICE!. I re-visited BioDerma the other day and love the new staff. Linda was a gem. She consulted me like she cared more about my appearance than how much money I was going to spend as how their previous staffs were like. It was so refreshing to find such caring people presently there today.

Beware of Bioderma Coupons or Deals!. Bioderma wants to make deals to get your money but they don't want to give you the valued level of service that a full paying customer receives. SO IT"S NOT A DEAL. The whole purpose of a coupon or deal is to get the same value for less. I am very disappointed with their misleading way of getting people to purchase treatments and found them quite defensive and rude. It really shows the character of Bioderma and its employees. Considering all the things that can go wrong with cosmetic procedures. I would NOT recommend Bioderma. Imagine having to deal with them should something more serious go wrong.

New Look, Great place to visit.
Medical staff is very competent and experienced, reasonable price for laser hair removal.
Had a wonderful time with Dr. Krever. Will definately be back.

Great Place/Great People. BioDerma is a very friendly place to visit. I was completely comfortable with getting the treatments they recommended and it worked out wonderfully! The staff is super friendly and so are the docs....very very relaxing place to be. I will continue to have my treatments there because I am confident they are up on the latest trends! Lori and Sam always make me feel beautiful!
