POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS

I recently had an event and ordered my centerpeices & table linens through this florist. My contract states they were to be delivered by 6pm for a 7pm party. I didn't want to wait for for the linens until 6pm so I picked up my linens ahead of time. The day of the event, they NEVER CAME THROUGH AND DELIVERED THE LINENS. I have yet to recieve an apology. When I showed up at the shop, he had no words to even say to me. He didn't even offer to help carry the centerpieces to my car. They said they were waiting for me to pick them up, which I have a contract that states, they will deliver by 6pm. It was 6:45pm, and I was calling them and leaving messages since 6pm, but supposedly they never recieved them. Why they never called me and asked when I was coming for the flowers? Because they obviously don't care about customer service. Please, do not waste your money and ruin your event by using this florist.

• Pros: They are cheap, but you get what you pay for!
• Cons: Don't stick to contract never delivered my flowers

The best flower shop in Philly. Wonderful Flowers

So glad I could write a great review for these guys. A Rose Bouquet shines above the rest. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. They did our wedding flowers in June and we couldn't be happier. They made our day so nice. Everybody at the wedding was asking about them. I highly reccommend them to anyone.

The price was the best aroubnd...the flowers were very fresh, and the service was beyond words. They delivered top 5 different places and didn't charge me a dime for it.

I Love A Rose Bouquet and will use them forever.

Verry Nice Flower Shop; Great People

We got our weding flowers at A Rose Bouquet and could not be happier. They helped us so much. They bwere so funny and made us comfortable. The price was better than everyone elses and the service was great. Five stars!!! All the way with A Rose Bouquet.
