Not much good to say. I tried Philly Falafel the other day on a whim and I was left completely unimpressed. The food is not a good value, the falafel is soggy, the fries are cooked with onions and are just downright awful. The falafel tasted decent overall but not above average. It was also pretty crowded around lunch time and took longer than I'd like to prepare, and there weren't any open seats. I won't be going back to Philly Falafel, it's not the worst falafel I've ever had, but there are far better options.
